We reserve the right to adjust the above list of countries or regions in accordance with changes in applicable laws and regulations or Services, and the content of the Terms shall not be excluded from the laws of the country or region under which the user belongs. As a result, if you do not meet these eligibility requirements, please do not access or use the Site.
• If you travel to a location included on our list of Prohibited Countries, the Site may not be available and your use of the Site may be blocked. Verification Requirement

You may be required to submit certain identification materials or other Supporting Documents for due diligence, identity verification, or other purposes deemed necessary by Caelum Lux. You represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and agree to update such information promptly if it changes. To support anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing compliance, use of the Site may require mandatory KYC verification. We may implement both on-chain and off-chain AML screening (including screening wallet/on-chain addresses and sanctions/AML databases) and may do so on an ongoing basis.

To satisfy verification requirements, we or our third-party verification providers may collect and/or record identification data and biometric information (if applicable), as well as information about your country/region and connected persons (e.g., authorized representatives and beneficial owners, where you act for an entity).

You agree that we may request, and you will provide, information and documents required by applicable laws or lawful orders to verify the legality of the source and use of funds, and that we may monitor activity for consistency with our knowledge of you, your business and risk profile. We do not open or maintain anonymous or pseudonymous relationships and may decline, suspend, or terminate access where we have reasonable grounds to suspect illicit activity or where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or not kept current.

Site Security

You further represent and warrant that you fully understand that the functionality or security of the blockchain network is not guaranteed, which could, among other things, lead to loss of funds, hacks, delays, conflicts of interest, or operational decisions by third parties that are unfavorable to certain owners of virtual assets, or lead to your inability to complete a transaction using the Site. You further acknowledge and agree to solely and fully assume the risk that your virtual assets may lose some or all of their value while they are supplied to the relevant smart contract, and accept that we are not responsible for any variables or risks under the relevant smart contract, and cannot be held liable for any resulting losses that you experience while accessing or using the Site. Accordingly, you understand and agree to assume full responsibility for all of the risks of accessing and using the Site and interacting with the relevant smart contract.
3. Personal Risk: you take responsibility for all activities and transactions that occur in connection with your use of the Site and your virtual asset wallet and accept all risks and consequences of your use of the Site and any authorized or unauthorized access to your virtual asset wallet, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. Regulatory Environment Risk: the application of existing legal and regulatory requirements to virtual assets is developing and evolving. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at any particular time or that the Site will not be subject to unplanned service outages or network congestion. We may rely on advice of counsel concerning the application of existing and new legal and regulatory requirements to its activities. This advice may require us to make sudden changes to the Site that may impact your ability to use the Site. It may not be possible for you to subscribe for, store, transfer, or redeem virtual assets when you wish to do so.
5. Cybersecurity Risk: we are not liable for any hacks or malicious attempts to obtain access to your virtual asset wallet, or any loss or destruction of security credentials or authentication methods for accessing your virtual asset wallet. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and you may be responsible for all the transactions submitted with your password, whether you authorized them or not. Transactions in virtual assets may be irreversible, and losses due to fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may not be recoverable. You alone are responsible for protecting your security information.
6. Liquidity Risk: virtual assets may have limited liquidity which may make it difficult or impossible for you to sell or exit a position when you wish to do so. This may occur at any time, including at times of rapid price movements.
7. Transaction & Market Risk: by using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that there are substantial risks associated with virtual assets and transactions on the blockchain network. Virtual asset trading is subject to high market risk and price volatility. Changes in value may be significant and may occur rapidly and without warning. The value of an investment and any returns can go down as well as up, and you may not get back the amount you had invested. You further understand that the markets for virtual assets are highly volatile due to factors including (but not limited to) adoption, speculation, technology, security, and regulation. You acknowledge that the cost and speed of transacting with cryptographic and blockchain-based system.

Representations and Warranties

By accessing and using the Site or any Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary technical expertise and ability to review and evaluate the security, integrity and operation of your virtual asset wallet;
• You have the knowledge, experience, understanding, professional advice and/or information to make your own evaluation of the merits, risks and applicable compliance requirements under applicable laws of any use of your virtual asset wallet and the Site and are not relying on us;
• You accept the risks associated with virtual assets and blockchain technology generally.

Release of Claims
